About Us

BC School Psychology Advocacy is a group of concerned professionals working in schools as School Psychologists in BC. The primary goal of the group currently is to provide information for those who would like to advocate to protect and promote the future of school psychology services in BC. The BC School Psychology Advocacy group does not represent or act on behalf of BCASP.

Those of us working on this initiative are guided by the following values:

• We are striving for accurate, professional, ethical, and respectful engagement and communication about the issues that we are concerned about

• We value regulation by CPBC as it provides important protections for the public

• We welcome any feedback as to how we can better achieve these goals
